During your 1-hour + “Walk and Talk” with FRTC Founder and CEO, Stephen Burton, you will receive expert advice on all of your residential waterproofing and foundation repair issues. Stephen comes with more than 35 years of experience in this area and is here to help you navigate this renegade industry. 

Your consultation will include a minimum 1-hour property walk-through, follow-up phone consultations, a property drawing, bid opportunities, and the contact information for trusted partners who can help with any needed repairs.

While we are available for home consultations 7 days a week, there is an upcharge for emergency/after-hours consultations. Any consultation booked over the weekend or after 5 PM CST will incur an additional $50 charge, bringing the total to $225.
